This includes uploading the video to the official VyomContests YouTube channel.
• You retain full ownership of your original content. You are not transferring ownership or granting exclusive rights to VyomContests.
• You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. YouTube Policies Compliance

• YouTube is not a sponsor of any contest on this platform and is released from any and all liability related to our contests.
• We do not manipulate or encourage the manipulation of YouTube metrics (likes, views, subscribers). Winners are determined by the number of organic likes on the official YouTube video at the contest's end date. Any attempt to artificially inflate metrics will result in disqualification.
